• Make payments on time
  
  

Failure to cooperate may affect results, for which Zenivo Media is not responsible.

4. Payments & Refunds

• All payments must be made upfront unless otherwise agreed.
  
  

• Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are non-refundable once work has started.
  
  

• Ad spend is paid directly by the client to the advertising platform.
  
  

5. No Guarantee of Results

While we use proven strategies, we do not guarantee sales, leads, or results, as outcomes depend on multiple external factors such as:

• client’s response speed
  
  

6. Intellectual Property

All content created by Zenivo Media (ads, designs, funnels, scripts, strategies) remains our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred.

7. Limitation of Liability

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service if:
